Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about ordering and receiving products from Velomora. We're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
  • Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Pre-order / back-order items will ship on or before the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (India)

Estimated delivery:

  • Metros: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Tier-2/3 cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote/Outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Couriers we use: Delhivery / Bluedart / Xpressbees / DTDC / India Post

Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, festivals, or courier constraints may cause delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected orders and serviceable pincodes only.

COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

Tracking Your Order

  • You'll receive a dispatch email/SMS with a tracking link once your order ships.
  • You can also track from our Track Order page

Keep your tracking number handy for real-time updates on your delivery status.

Address Changes

  • Need to edit your address? Contact us at hi@velomora.com within 1–2 hours of placing the order.
  • We cannot change the address once the order has been handed to the courier.

💡 Pro Tip: Double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid any delivery issues!

Undeliverable / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Repeated delivery attempts missed
  • Customer refusal

Next steps:

  • Reshipment: We can reship your order after collecting re-shipping charges.
  • Refund: For prepaid orders, if you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we'll deduct two-way shipping (if charged by courier) and refund the balance to the original payment method. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Damaged / Lost Parcels

Damaged Parcels:

  • If your parcel arrives damaged/tampered, refuse delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photos/video.
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

Lost Shipments:

  • For lost shipments (no tracking updates for 7+ business days), we'll file a claim with the courier.
  • Upon confirmation, we'll either reship or refund per courier confirmation.

Multiple-Item Orders

Items may ship in separate boxes depending on availability/warehouse location.

You'll get a tracking number for each parcel. Don't worry—this is normal and helps us get your order to you faster!

International Shipping

We currently ship all over India. International shipping may be available for select countries.

If international shipping is enabled:

  • We ship via DHL / Aramex / UPS / India Post EMS
  • Duties/Taxes/Customs are paid by the recipient and vary by country
  • Delivery estimate: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Some items may be restricted by your local customs; please check before ordering

Note: Velomora is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges imposed by your country.

Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts and may contact you for directions/OTP.
  • Please keep your phone reachable during the estimated delivery window.
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to origin (see Undeliverable / RTO).
